Litepanels, Inc. guarantees this product against any defects due to faulty materials or workmanship during normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty extends only to the original purchaser. A purchase receipt or invoice, product registration card on file or other proof of date of purchase will be required before warranty service is rendered.

Litepanels, Inc., or a Litepanels, Inc. Authorized Repair Facility, will, at its option, repair or replace the defective product. All replaced parts and products become the property of Litepanels, Inc. Repaired or replacement parts and products are guaranteed for the remainder of the original warranty period. You will be charged for materials and labor or replacement of the product after the expiration of the warranty period.
There are no express warranties except as listed above. LITEPANELS, INC. IS NOT LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THE UNIT OR ARISING OUT OF ANY BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY.
ALL EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED TO THE ONE (1) YEAR WARRANTY PERIOD.
This warranty only covers defects that occur during normal use. It does not extend to: (a) damage or failure caused by or attributable to acts of God, abuse, accident, misuse, improper or abnormal usage, failure to follow instruction, improper installation or maintenance, alteration, lighting or other incidence of excel voltage or current; (b) any repairs other than those provided by Litepanels, Inc., or a Litepanels, Inc. Authorized Repair Facility; (c) consumables, such as fuses or batteries; (d) cosmetic damage; (e) transportation, shipping or insurance costs; (f) costs of product removal, installation, set-up service adjustment or reinstallation.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above exclusions or limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives the owner specific legal rights, and you may have other legal rights that may vary from state to state.
